I have provided Mental Health Services in Clarksville since 2005 and before that traveled to Hendersonville, Gallatin and Lafayette seeing Community Mental Health clients for several years. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- my Outpatient Clinic is located at 1820 Memorial Drive, Suite 101. Currently have new appointment slots for clients who need medication management and supportive therapy.
